Opelousas - Ann Hollier Sanders, age 64, a resident of Lafayette, La. and formerly of Opelousas, La., passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 with her family and friends by her side.
She is survived by her son, John Michael Sanders and his wife, Brooke, of Maurice, La.; her daughter, Charlette Sanders Romero and her husband, Tom, of Kenner, La. and her two grandchildren, Isabella Veronica Romero and Nicholas Markus Romero. She is also survived by her former husband, John J. Sanders, of Opelousas, La.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifton and Clemonce Thibodeaux Hollier and her brother, Charles Clifton Hollier.
Our mother had many struggles in her lifetime; she always came through with a smile.
