    DUFILHO-At Gastonia, N.C., on Friday, Oct. 8, 1934, at 3 o’clock p.m., Peter Wilfred Dufilho, husband of Vera Brown[…], father of Sidney Brooks, brother of J. McDonald Dufilho and Mrs. A. C. Gautier, son of the late Leopold Dufilho and Rose Emma Larose. The funeral will take place from the Laudumiey funeral home, 1225 N. Rampart St., near Gov. Nicholls, on Tuesday, Oct. 12, 1934, at 10 o’clock a.m. Interment Lafayette No. 1 cemetery, Washington Ave.

    Dufilho Funeral Set Here Today
    Funeral services will be conducted for Peter Wilfred Dufilho, 60, Gastonia. N. C., Tuesday at 10 a. m. at the F. Laudumiey and Company, Ltd. funeral home, 1225 N. Rampart
    Religious rites will follow at St. Augustine's church. 1210 Gov. Nicholls. Burial will be in Lafayette Cemetery No. 1.
    A native of New Orleans. Mr. Dufilho was a cotton classer and graduate of Jesuit college, New Orleans. He had resided at Gastonia for the past 12 years.
    Pallbearers for the services will be J. McDonald Dufilho, Lionel L. Dufilho, T. Conway Dufilho, Thomas Comes, Clifford T. Larose and Warum Holbrook.
    The deceased was the son of the late Leopold Dufilho and Mrs. Rose Emma Larose Dufilho. He is survived by an adopted son, Sidney Brooks, Gastonia. N. C.; a brother. J. McDonald Dufilho. Greenwood, Miss.; and a sister, Mrs. A. C. Gautier. Memphis. Tenn.

    Died:
    Wilfred P. Dufilho, local cotton technician, died Friday at 5:15 p.m. at his home, 1202 Jones street. He was a native of New Orleans, La., who had lived here for seven years. Mr. Dufilho is survived by his wife, Mrs. Vera Webb Dufilho; one sister, Mrs. A. C. Gautier of Memphis, Tenn., a brother, J. Max Dufilho of Greenwood, Miss., and a grandson, S. C. Brooks of Raleigh. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Carothers Funeral Chapel. The body, which will remain at the funeral home, probably will be moved to New Orleans for burial.
