He was a retired Professor of Electronics at Lamar University, was a member of the Catholic Faith and the Groves Knights of Columbus Council 3491. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lelia Daigle, two sisters and four brothers. He was survived by his wife, Elizabeth Farr Daigle, sons, Richard Daigle and James Daigle; brothers, Raymond Daigle and Roland Daigle; granddaughters, Carla Simon and Kimberly Arceneaux and five great grandchildren.
