    Obituary:
    Charles Conrad Hollier, 71, of Pasadena, passed away June 9, 2003. Born February 29, 1932 in Elton, Louisiana. He was a veteran of the Korean conflict with service in the U.S. Marine Corp., where he received the Korean Service Medal, United Nations Service Medal and the Korean Presidential Unit Citation to name a few.
    He was preceded in death by father, Antonio Hollier; daughter, Dixie Lee Hollier in 1996 and son, Karl K. Hollier in 2000.
    He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Ruth Hollier of Pasadena; sons, Dwight D. Hollier of Alvin, Tx.; Kevin D. Hollier of Pasadena; and Darren M. Hollier of New Mexico; sisters, Yvonne LaFleur and Barbara J. Hollier, both of Louisiana; and brothers, Cayce D. Hollier and David Hollier, also of Louisiana; as well as 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
    Services are 12 noon Monday, June 23, 2003 at Carter Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in Houston National Cemetery.
    Family will receive friends Sunday from 3-7 p.m.

    GLENMORA - The funeral for Gladys "Tiny" Hollier, 94, will be held at 11 a. m. today, Jan. 14, 2007, in Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder. The Revs. Jerry Johnson and Robbie Rollins will officiate. Burial will be in China Cemetery in Elton. Visitation is from 8 a. m. Mrs. Hollier was a resident of Glenmora but had previously lived in DeRidder for 27 years. She was the oldest member of Harmony Baptist Church in Glenmora. She died Friday, Jan. 12, in an Oakdale hospital. Survivors include two sons, Cayce Hollier and wife Sharon of Woodville, Miss., David Hollier and wife Charlotte of Baton Rouge, two daughters, Yvonne LaFleur of Conroe, Texas, and Barbara Hollier of Glenmora, 11 grandchildren, numerous greatgrandchildren, and numerous greatgreatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Antonio "Dub" Hollier ;son, Charles "Sonny" Hollier, three grandsons, Jody LaFleur, Tony LaFleur and Karl Hollier, and one greatgrandson, Luke Hollier. Pallbearers will be Bill Billings, Jerry Moore, Jody Miller, Alix Gordon, Herman Ray Hill and Lloyd Sandefer .
