Pierre Bauchet St. Martin, Jr.

Notes:

Pierre Bauchet St. Martin II was a distinguished citizen, incorruptible in honor, calm in judgment, judicial in mind, and prudent in counsel. He was, at different times, judge in the parish of St. Charles and speaker of the first state legislature elected by the people which assembled in New Orleans in 1812. His brother Francois was also a member of the legislature of 1812 and a signer of the first state constitution.
