ST. AMAND —At the residence, 2250 North Derbigny street, on Monday, January 19, 1953. at 1:30 o’clock p. m. SIDNEY ST. AMAND, husband of the late Antoine Boudouque: father of Sidney, Wilfred, and Lawrence St. Amand; foster father of Theodore Nelson: brother of Mrs. N. Duville, Mrs. Jules Castille; survived by 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren: aged 77 years; native of Opelousas, La., and a resident of this city for 20 years. Relatives and friends of the family, also Longshoremen’s Union Local 1418, Southern Bell Telephone Company, Chalmette Laundry and Alexander Shipyard. Holy Name and Usher Society of St. Henry’s church and Third Order of St. Francis, are invited to attend the funeral, which will take place from the funeral home of Joseph Laughlin Company, 4500 Magazine street. Tuesday, January 20, 1933, at 2:30 o’clock p. m. Services at Our Lady Star of the Sea church, St. Roch avenue and Roman street. Interment in St. Roch cemetery.
