Mary Alice “Bitsy” Leleux
Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 11, 2000, at 10 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church for Mary Alice “Bitsy” Leleux, 72, who died Tuesday, May 9, 2000 at 2:10 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center. Father Louie Richard, pastor of St. Michael Catholic Church, will officiate for the services. Burial will be held in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be observed Wednesday from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. until service time Thursday. A wake service will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home. Survivors include her husband, Rodless Leleux; two daughters, Mary D. Credeur and Donna Leleux, both of Crowley; six sons, Joe Dore, III of Las Vegas, Nev., Jeffrey Dore of Crowley, Philip Dore of Broussard, Patrick D. Leleux Sr., Marcus Leleux Sr. and Glen Leleux, all of Crowley; one sister, Marguerite Hayes of Crowley; 19 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mrs. Leleux was preceded in death by her parents, Simon and Mary Segura Hollier; one brother, Donald Hollier and her first husband, Joe Dore, Jr. Mrs. Leleux was a member of the Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church Ladies Altar Society. Pallbearers will be Jeffrey and Philip Dore, Patrick D., Marcus and Glen Leleux, and Daniel Credeur. Honorary pallbearers will be Jack Dore and Danny Credeur, Dale, Todd, Timothy, John Pierre, Keith, Matthew and Jacob Leleux. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society of American Heart Association. Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home of Crowley is in charge of arrangements.

CROWLEY - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 22, 2015 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church for Deacon Rodless Pierre LeLeux, 83, who died January 19, 2015 at Lafayette General Hospital.
Fr. Mikel Polson pastor of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church will be officiating for the services with Fr. Mark Miley associate pastor of St. Michael Catholic Church concelebrating with Deacon Dan Didier assisting. The family is requesting visiting hours to be held Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home in Crowley and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to the time of service at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. A wake service will be conducted by Fr. Aaron Melancon at 7:00 p.m. followed by a rosary led by Knight of Columbus Council #5499 and Msgr. George Mollo Fourth Degree Assembly. Interment will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery in Lyons Point.
Deacon LeLeux was ordained as a permanent deacon for the Diocese of Lafayette on August 26, 1988. He first served as a deacon for St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Lyons Point, and was serving at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Crowley.
He is survived by one daughter, Donna A. LeLeux of Crowley; three sons, Patrick D. LeLeux, Sr. and his wife, Johnette of Lyons Point, Marcus K. LeLeux, and his wife, Pam of Lyons Point, and Glen P. LeLeux and his wife Janice of Crowley, LA; one step-daughter, Mary D. Credeur and her husband, Daniel of Crowley; two step-sons, Jeffrey Dore and his wife, Debbie of Crowley, and J. Phillip Dore of Lafayette; one brother, Roland LeLeux and his wife, Mary of Crowley; nineteen grandchildren, Dr. P. Dale LeLeux, Jr., Dr. Todd M. LeLeux, Timothy J. LeLeux, John Pierre LeLeux, Marcus K LeLeux, Jr., Carissa L. Istre, Melissa L. Cormier, Millie J. LeLeux, Ali J. LeLeux, Brooke L. Murphy, Desiree L. Thomas, Matthew G. LeLeux, Jacob P. LeLeux, Daniel R. Credeur, Jr., Ann Marie Credeur, Claire M. Dore, Jack P. Dore, Kathryn J. Dore, and Elizabeth N. Dore; and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
