Bayou Teche, near Robin's bridge, in the parish of St Landry, on WEDNESDAY, October 15, 1890, the following described property, belonging to the estate of Isidore Hollier and wife, Amelia Murrels, both deceased, to-wit:
1. A certain tract of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, containing thirty-six superficial arpents, more or less, situated at Prairie Laurent, on Bayou Teche, near Robin's bridge, St. Landry Parish, La., bounded north by land of François Robin, south by lands of L. and E. Stelly, east by Bayou Teche, and west by land formerly belonging to Joseph Béraud, deceased.

This day the thirteenth of October in the year one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven, before the undersigned authority acting in and for the aforesaid Parish, personally appeared Isidore Hollie of said Parish who truly and voluntarily consents to the marriage of his son Isidore Hollier with Artemise Trahan at the same time appeared personally Pierre Trahan, the father of said Artemise and gave his free and voluntary consent to the aforesaid marriage. In testimony of all which said appears have hereunto signed with said authority and the [?] witnesses at Opelousas the day and year above written.

Know all men by these presents that Isidore Hollier fils and Isidore Hollier père, are held and firmly bound unto Henry Johnson Governor of the State of Louisiana and to his successors in office, in the sum of three hundred dollars, the payment of which well and truly to be made and done they bind themselves their heirs and jointly and severally, firmly by these presents - Sealed with their seals and dated at Opelousas, this twenty seventh day of October Anno Domini on thousand eight hundred and twenty seven.
The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bound[?] Isidore Hollier fils, has this day obtained license to marry Artemise Trahan. Vow if these should be or here after appear no legal impediments to the said marriage then the above obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force virtue.
