Quiet Ceremony Unites Couple in Marriage
OPELOUSAS — Mrs. Lynn Dinmick [Dimmick] and Mr. George Dufilho of Opelousas were married at 9:30 o’clock Tuesday morning in a quiet ceremony at the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany. The Rev. John Payne officiated. The only attendants were Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Russ. Mr. and Mrs. Dufilho will reside in Opelousas.

George A. Dufilho Sr.
Funeral services for Mr. George Anthony Dufilho Sr., 91, will be held at 10 a.m. at Bellview [Bellevue] Memorial Park in Opelousas. Mr. Dufilho, a resident of Opelousas, died at 8:50 a.m. Friday in Richmond Memorial Hospital in Olney, Illinois. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lynn Burleigh Dufilho of Opelousas; a son, George A. Dufilho Jr. of Dundas, Illinois; two brothers, Gerald and Eugene Dufilho both of Opelousas; a sister, Mrs. Ida Mae Ross [Russ] of Opelousas; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. La Fond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas is in charge of the arrangements.
