Gussie Marie Hollier, 66, of 2439 Woodrow died at 9:40 p.m. June 17 at St. Mary Hospital. She was a native of Lafayette, La., and a resident of Port Arthur since 1937. Services were Wednesday at the Clayton-Thompson Funeral Home chapel in Groves. Burial followed in Calvary Cemetery. Survivors include a son, Larry of Breaux Bridge; two daughters, Lucy Pulido of Port Arthur and Linda Garcia of Groves; a brother, Norris Broussard of Columbus; a sister, Birdie Romero of Lafayette; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
