Notes: William Buell, Sr., was in the first land division in Windsor. He was a Puritan. In October 1650, he and his wife were indicted in Plymouth Colony for continuing their meeting from house to house on the Lord's Day, contrary to the order of the Court; but it does not appear that any punishment was inflicted.
